What does it feel like to be in a real band? Come find out!
In Intro to Jamming, you'll jump straight into making music together. For ages 8 - 11. explore ukuleles, percussion, electronic instruments, beat-making tools, and other fun ways to create music as a group.You'll learn how to lock into a groove, build songs together, take your own solos, experiment with sounds, and even write original music as a band. No experience is needed. You don't have to read music or already play an instrument. If you love music, are curious about making it, or have ever wanted to be in a band, this is the place to start! Class led by Carly S. Cheriff, board-certified music therapist of EcoTones Music Therapy. Meets monthly beginning Tuesday, September 14 at 3:30 pm. Attend as many as you like (registration required for each session.) |

Code Redemptions: In order to access all the New York Times for free, library cardholders must redeem a code through TML's access page, which allows them 24 hours of access. Our subscription pays for 5,000 access codes per year. Usage Sessions: Number of times a user accesses the NYTimes.com site
