Join us for an extra fun edition of Film School for a screening and discussion of Splitsville (2025). In a Film School first, we are delighted to announce that the discussion portion of the evening will be joined virtually by writer and lead actor Kyle Marvin for a Q&A with the audience. Billed as an “unromantic comedy,” Splitsville is an original, surreal, highly entertaining contemporary cousin of classics like Bob and Carol and Ted and Alice. Don’t miss this opportunity to watch a modern spin on classic screwball and ask all your questions about the magic of making movies!

Kyle Marvin is a writer, producer and actor from Portland, Oregon. He has produced both features and short films that played in Cannes, Sundance, SXSW and Tribeca. Kyle has written a number of projects including Conventional Wisdom, a TV pilot sold to FOX, and a thriller called The Quench with Bron Studios. Kyle co-wrote, produced and starred in The Climb, an adaptation of the hit Sundance short film of the same name, along with 80 For Brady (Paramount Studios).

September 26th - 28th, neighbors across the nation will host one another for lunch or dinner. We call it Table Together.

Register as a host at www.tabletogether.org and we'll get you started with a Host Guide and a digital or physical Host Kit, as well as videos on how to easily host your neighbors, including planning the meal, designing the invitations, and so much more.
